**As of December 16, 2025, the project was awarded to Scruggs Company, with an awarded amount of $3,571,260.42** For Their Fy 2026 Gtib Project That Will Consist of Various Construction Items Including, Traffic Control, Ogi Asphalt Leveling, Mixed in Place Cement Treateed Base Course, Full Depth Reclamation, Triple Surface Treatment, 9.5 Mm Asph Resurfacing, 12.5 Mm Asph Resurfacing, Shoulder Building and Grassing & Restriping on 3 County Roads. All bids must include a 5% bid bond with submission. (No exceptions). 1r1:*NOTE: A performance bond and payment bond for 100% of the contract price will be required to be presented prior to the award of the contract*** Question Deadline 11/25/2025 Any questions regarding the project scope, document and/ or specifications must be submitted in writing no later than seven (7) days prior to the bid date All questions should be Emailed to Barry L. Wood, WSP USA, INC. @ barry.wood@wsp.com Contract Time: The contractor shall complete the project work within 6 months from the Notice to Proceed Date that will be supplied by County. County reserves the right to reject any or all bid package documents received.
