Site work for a water / sewer project in Eastman, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.

Statements of qualifications and proposals are requested from engineering firms with a strong record in successfully assisting local governments with the implementation of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) programs. Responding firms should be technically qualified and licensed in the State of Georgia to provide these services. Plans are to contract for the Engineer's preliminary design services required for a potential FY26 CDBG project and, if funded, for the Engineer's services for the project's implementation. The purpose is to improve sewerage within city limits. Submissions should include the history of the firm and resources, experience with CDBG/EIP/RDF and other DCA grant programs, key personnel and qualifications, current workload, the scope and level of service proposed, experience with similar projects and references, fees and/or percentages associated with the Preliminary Architect Report (PAR) for the application and for Design and Construction Management Services if funded, Errors and Omissions Insurance, a Statement of Qualifications Form, and a Section 3 Certification Form if claiming Section 3 Status. All contracts are subject to Federal and State contract provisions as prescribed by the Georgia Department of Community Affairs, and Section 3 Business Concerns are encouraged to apply. Interested parties should request the Statement of Qualifications Form and Section 3 Solicitation Package prior to preparing and submitting their proposal.
