Site work for a water / sewer project in Eastman, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.

Statements of qualifications and proposals are being requested from engineering firms with a strong record in successfully assisting local governments with the implementation of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) programs. Responding firms should be technically qualified and licensed in the State of Georgia to provide these services. The contract will cover preliminary design services required for a potential FY26 CDBG project and, if funded, the project's implementation. The project's purpose is to improve sewerage within city limits. Proposals should provide information on the firm's history and resources, CDBG/EIP/RDF experience and other DCA grant programs, key personnel and qualifications, current workload, proposed scope and level of service, experience with similar projects and references, fees and percentages for required services, Errors and Omissions Insurance, and completed Statement of Qualifications and Section 3 Certification forms (if claiming Section 3 Status). All contracts are subject to Federal and State provisions prescribed by the Georgia Department of Community Affairs and applicable sections of the HUD Act and related civil rights and disabilities legislation.
