Site work and paving for a civil project in Elgin, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The project will consist of the grading drainage and construction of approximately 4,985 LF of roadway on Cedar Springs Road, Magnolia Circle, and Water Oak Circle located in Elgin, South Carolina. A Bid Bond shall be required in the amount of 5% of bidder's maximum bid price. The total contract time shall be 180 consecutive calendar days from the date of Notice-to-Proceed. Notice-to-Proceed is anticipated to be issued on or before September 18, 2026. Please plan accordingly for Bid Bonds & required forms. Preconstruction Conference will be held September 18, 2026. The selected qualifier is encouraged to make a good faith effort of entering into subcontracts or joint ventures with minority business. All hard copy bidding documents will be mailed to an appointed address via USPS. Credit Cards cannot be accepted. Bidders must purchase plans from Michael Baker International and that payment must have been received to be eligible to bid on the project.
