No Bidder May Withdraw Its Bid for a Period Of Ninety Days After the Date of Bid Opening OUA reserves the right to: waive informalities and/or irregularities in any BID; delete any portion of the project; extend the project within the limits of the work involved which in its judgment is in the best interest of the Owner. Bids may be withdrawn prior to the date and time of bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bid(s) and may postpone the award of the Agreement for a period of time which shall not extend beyond sixty calendar days from the Bid opening date. The contractor shall be responsible for providing all materials, equipment and labor for the installation of 4-inch diameter PVC sewer laterals, the decommissioning of the onsite residential septic tanks, connecting into the existing sewer lateral located at the right-of-way of each residence and restoration of the work area.
