The selected firm may be requested to provide airport engineering, planning, consulting, and related professional services on an as-needed basis. Services may include, but are not limited to: Airport planning and development; Airport Capital Improvement Program (ACIP) assistance; Airport master planning and updates; Runway, taxiway, apron, and pavement improvements; Airfield lighting, signage, and electrical systems; Hangar, terminal, and other airport facility improvements; Drainage and stormwater improvements; Surveying and mapping; Environmental and regulatory assistance; Preliminary engineering reports and feasibility studies; Preparation of plans, specifications, and cost estimates; Bidding and procurement assistance; Construction administration, observation, and inspection; Coordination with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA); Coordination with the Oklahoma Department of Aerospace and Aeronautics (ODAA) and other governmental agencies; Federal and state grant planning, application, administration, and closeout assistance; Development of preliminary plans, cost estimates, and supporting documentation necessary to position projects for available funding; Assistance in advancing airport projects toward shovel-ready status; Emergency engineering and technical assistance; and Other airport-related professional services requested by the City.The City does not guarantee that any particular service or project will be assigned to the selected firm. Individual project assignments shall be authorized separately.
