The selected firm may be requested to provide professional engineering, planning, consulting, and related services on an as-needed basis. Services may include, but are not limited to: Water distribution systems; Water treatment, storage, transmission, and related infrastructure; Wastewater collection systems; Wastewater treatment and related infrastructure; Lift stations and force mains; Streets, roadways, alleys, sidewalks, and transportation improvements; Stormwater management and drainage; Sanitation and solid waste facilities and infrastructure; Transfer station improvements; Municipal utilities and utility relocations; Parks, recreation, trails, and public facilities; Municipal buildings and facilities; Lakes and related municipal infrastructure; Civil and structural engineering; Surveying, mapping, and GIS-related services; Preliminary engineering reports and feasibility studies; Capital Improvement Planning; Infrastructure assessments and planning; Preparation of plans, specifications, and cost estimates; Bidding and procurement assistance; Construction administration, observation, and inspection; Regulatory and environmental compliance assistance; Coordination with local, state, and federal agencies; Grant identification and funding assistance; Grant applications, engineering documentation, and project administration; Development of preliminary plans, cost estimates, and supporting documentation necessary to position projects fo available funding; Assistance in developing and maintaining shovel-ready projects for state, federal, and other funding opportunities; Emergency engineering and technical assistance; Economic development and infrastructure-related projects; and Other professional engineering services requested by the Authority or City. The Pauls Valley Municipal Authority and City of Pauls Valley reserve the right to reject any or all Statements of Qualifications; waive informalities or irregularities; request clarification or additional information; conduct interviews; modify or discontinue the selection process; and select the firm determined to be most qualified and best suited to their needs. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
