Description

Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

TUMS installation/construction at the CTC facility. Estimated Project Cost: $2,850,000.00 The selected contractor will provide a 6,192 GSF pre-engineered metal building. Key features include rigid concrete floors, an enclosed office and bathroom and a complete heating/cooling ventilation system . The scope of services will include full Construction Contracting Services for the project specified during the process of construction and warranty period to the State as per the Advertisement for Bid. Specific tasks to be performed by the Contractor include those generally performed by the construction community where the Contractor is the prime vendor to the State . Bidders shall reference the drawings, specifications, and supporting documents in the Appendices for an understanding of the entire scope of the project.
