Demolition, site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Vancouver, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for the demolition of a municipal facility.
This Contract provides for the renewal of exterior paint on Buildings 2851 , 2901 , and 2707, located on NW Lower River Road. The Work also includes the removal and replacement of damaged exterior siding at Building 2901 , as well as interior siding demolition. All work shall be performed in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions , and the current General Conditions for Facility Construction. These buildings are one-story PEMB. More than one tenant occupies each of the buildings. The contractor shall not impact tenant operations during the project that may dictate evening and/or weekend work. In any event, it is the responsibility of the Contractor to carefully coordinate between the tenant, Port, and Contractor to schedule the work to avoid tenant disruptions.
