Demolition of City-owned property in the 400 block of Central Avenue, including removal of dead trees, shrubs, retaining walls, and concrete stairs, followed by regrading at a 2:1 slope and site stabilization. The successful bidder will be required to submit a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, for all construction contracts in excess of $100,000, at the time the contract is executed. The Mayor and City Council reserve the right to waive any technicalities and to reject any or all bids, and to accept any or all proposals which in their judgment is to the best interest of the City.
