Description

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Wenatchee, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The major items of work include: Construction of new sidewalk on the western side of Sunset Ave between Orchard Middle School and 3rd Street with new ADA ramps on the intersection of 3rd and Sunset. New ADA ramps along with Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons (RRFB) will also be installed at the western side of the intersection of 5th Street and Sunset Ave. All work shall be completed in accordance with the contract plans , special provisions, and the 2026 WSDOT Standard Specifications Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, Performance Bond required (unspecified amount), Payment Bond required (unspecified amount).
