Description

Question Deadline: Wed Sep 23, 2026 4:00:00 PM (EDT) TIMELINE: Expressions of Interest for non-profit and/or co-operatives respondents to propose a housing project on lands currently owned by the Regional Municipality of Waterloo. General Contractors, mechanical subcontractors and electrical subcontractors have been invited to submit PRE-QUALIFICATION; details are followed on a separate report. The Region is open to a range of approaches that are financially sustainable, responsive to housing needs in the community, and align with the Regions Strategic Plan and WRH RP.
