New Pretreatment Building; new Swing Basin; blower building improvements, new final clarifier; rehabilitation of two existing final clarifiers; new rapid mix tank/splitter structure; rehabilitation of RAS/WAS pump station; filter building and intermediate pump station modifications; addition of chemical feed facilities; new biosolids storage tank; various architectural, mechanical, and electrical improvements; storm water protection and erosion control; clearing and grubbing; piping and pavement demolition; trenching, backfilling, and compacting; various underground piping systems; manholes and vaults; power distribution; communications; earthwork; grading; asphaltic and concrete paving; site lighting; site restoration, landscaping and seeding; and all other components as shown and described in the Drawings and Specifications.
