The Project consists of renovations of an existing masonry/wood-framed building with truss constructed roof. The building is approximately 2,802 gross square feet. The interior renovation scope consists of interior demolition and new work; including new partitions, finishes, plumbing and electrical. The exterior renovation work consists of exterior demolition and new Flatwork, new parking striping and masonry repointing in select areas, sheet metal gutters and downspouts. The roof will be existing-to-remain. The existing mechanical equipment and ductwork will be existing-to-remain. The relocation of the existing sign located at their current Bourbon Branch Library building is to be removed and relocated to the new Bourbon Branch Library building. Refer to the Plans for additional information. There are no Alternate Bid scopes listed for this Project. No geotechnical exploration, subsurface investigation, or related field testing wasdeemed necessary for this Project, and none were performed. No Hazardous Material exploration was deemed necessary for this Project. The Owner has no knowledge of ACM materials existing in the building. Construction Testing and Observation Services will not be retained for this Project by the Owner Renovation of the new Bourbon Branch Library building.
