The project consists of milling and overlaying the asphalt section of Mullanphy Road from Shackelford Road to Patterson Road, constructing new sidewalk on the south side of Mullanphy Road from Loveland Drive to Vesper Drive, replacing existing curb ramps with ADA-compliant curb ramps throughout the project limits, and associated grading, pavement repair, entrance reconstruction, and storm sewer improvements.
