Remove and dispose of existing flooring, prepare all surfaces, and install new flooring in designated offices within the AFNORTH building. All work shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work, including furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the flooring replacement. Carpet procurement and installation must comply with the Mandatory Air Force Carpet II Program, requiring acquisition of approved carpet materials through designated Tier I manufacturers and installation by the contractor. The project must be completed within 90 calendar days of contract award. Location: Tyndall Air Force Base, Panama City, FL 32403. All questions and answers will be consolidated and publicly posted to SAM.gov. The Contractor shall provide all non-personal services, including labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision, necessary to remove existing flooring and install new carpet tile across an area of approximately 4,200 square feet at 1210 Beacon Beach Rd, Tyndall AFB, FL 32403, in accordance with the project drawings. The Contractor is responsible for removing or lifting existing furniture prior to demolition and reinstalling it upon completion of the flooring installation. The Government will remain responsible for relocating all IT and communication equipment.
