Prequalification applications must be completed and submitted to the District office no later than 3:00 P.M. (local time), Tuesday, September 1 , 2026. Bidders will be notified only of disqualification no later than 3:00 P.M. , Friday, September 4, 2026. All work is located adjacent to USH 18/151 westerly of the crossing of Fitchrona Road. The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, and services necessary to complete the Nine Springs Valley Interceptor Capacity Improvements Phase 2, for the Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District (OWNER). The Work includes, but is not limited to, the construction of approximately 3,414 lineal feet of sanitary interceptor. Sanitary interceptor sewer sizes include 15-inch, 36-inch, 54-inch, and 60-inch. The sanitary interceptor will include both precast and cast-in-place manholes and structures. The work includes two connections to the existing Pump Station 12. Dewatering is anticipated throughout the construction. The proposed sanitary interceptor will include approximately 80 feet of trenchless technology pipe installation for pipe beneath the Military Ridge State Trail. Manholes and existing interceptor will be both removed and abandoned throughout the corridor. Access is anticipated using matting along the edge of Goose Lake for the removal/abandonment of the existing interceptor and structures. Pavement replacement and associated items are included within the Pump Station site and for the Military Ridge State Trail entrance ramp. Tree removals are included along with wetland restoration and general site restoration.
