Renovation of a municipal facility in Fitchburg, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
In general, the work consists of: reconditioning and replacement to the hydraulic elevator to modernize equipment. Work includes replacement of elevator controller, new door operators and related equipment, hatch hanger rollers, pick-up roller and interlocks, hall and car signal fixtures, travel cable and hoistway wiring. Associated work includes dewatering, hydraulic oil extraction and disposal, and redrilling if deemed necessary. Other work includes cab ceiling, wall panels, painting metal door frame. Hoistway work includes metal pit ladder, light fixtures, fire caulking, and painting. Elevator equipment room floor to receive high performance floor coating. lectrical and Fire Alarm improvements to support elevator equipment and lighting level requirements. Electrical work includes sub panel, elevator connections, and light fixtures.
