Professional architectural design services for re-roofing projects at Sheridan Junior High School and Sagebrush Elementary School, including on-site assessment, full construction documents, bidding coordination, and construction administration. located at SJHS, 500 Lewis Street, Sheridan WY 82801 and Sagebrush Elementary, 1685 Hill Pond Dr, Sheridan WY 82801. The architectural design scope of services is to include a construction estimate at each of the design process submittal intervals. Assumed preliminary construction budgets are as follows: Sheridan Junior High School - $2,000,000 Sagebrush Elementary School - $ 1,000,000 Question Deadline 09/02/2026 at 5:00 PM MT Professional Service Providers having questions or requiring clarification or interpretation of the procurement documents shall make a written request to Troy Decker at troy.decker@scsd2.com. RFIs (Requests for Information) are due no later than the date and time listed in Section 5 under "Deadline to Submit RFIs". Interpretations, corrections, and changes of the RFP documents shall be made by Addendum.
