Description

Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Caldwell, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility; and playground / park / athletic field.

The Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction (ODRC), is soliciting competitive sealed bids for an articulating non-remote slope mower and this ITB is the result of that request. Noble Correctional Institution is seeking bids for the demolition of existing softball fields and reconfiguring and creating new ball fields for the Offender population. 1. Deconstruct existing Softball fields, includes removal of backstops, fencing and general equipment 2. Prepare site as needed, grade, excavation, drainage and reconfiguration 3. Create and design new layout for 2 new softball fields 4. Complete according to plans, new fields with sod preferably in the outfields and proper material for infield. 5. Replace fencing and install new backstops.
