The Greig Drive Roadway Improvements Project consists of approximately 15,000 linear feet of roadway improvements to Greig Drive from Old Robinson Road to Interstate Highway 35, and wastewater improvements to approximately 2,700 linear feet of gravity wastewater and 1,000 linear feet of new wastewater force-main for future use. The project will include box culvert installation and drainage channel improvements, wastewater improvements, earthwork to remove existing road materials and prepare existing road materials for lime stabilization of existing subgrade and for cement treatment of existing base, placement of plant mixed cement treated base, and hot-mix asphaltic concrete paving. Project will be awarded to Offeror providing best value to Owner based on a number of factors including cost, experience of contract, and prior work performance.
