Replace existing fire alarm systems in Administration Building, Guilds, Annex Administration and Kitchen/Dining, Dorms, Education Building, Industrial Building, and Tower 1 with new addressable fire alarm systems. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond. Drop off or courier service Bids shall be submitted to the Contract Administration Group or Loretta Baltz after 9:00 a.m. and before 2:00 p.m. Local Time (Central Time) Wednesday, September 16, 2026. The new systems and the existing systems in the Fiscal Building, Building M , Sallyport Checkpoint, and Building N Commissary shall be integrated into Owner's existing True Site system in building 'M'.
