Description

Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Pikeville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the construction of a medical facility.

Separate sealed bids are requested for the Bledsoe County Emergency Medical Services Building. The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and other contract documents may be examined at the designated office. Copies are available upon payment for each set. Each bidder must submit a deposit with their bid, as specified in the Information for Bidders. All bidders must be licensed General Contractors as required by the Contractor's Licensing Act of 1994 of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee, and qualified for the type of construction being bid. Attention is called to requirements regarding employment conditions, minimum wage rates under the contract, Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109, and E.O. 11246. No bid may be withdrawn within 60 days after bid opening. The owner reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids.
