Site work for a water / sewer project in Pikeville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Separate sealed bids for the TCAT Gas Line Extension will be received. The information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, and required bonds and other contract documents may be examined at the designated office. Copies may be obtained upon payment of a fee. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must provide security with their bid and be a licensed General Contractor as required by the laws and qualified for the type of construction. Bidders' attention is called to requirements regarding conditions of employment, minimum wage rates, Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109, and E.O. 11246. Bledsoe County TCAT Natural Gas System Expansion will include the installation of approximately 830 feet of 2 inch MDPE, regulator station, valves, pigging, testing, tieins, directional bores, fencing, erosion control and other appurtenances as set out in plans and specifications. This project is located in Pikeville, TN. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to Kyler Layne klayne@farmermorgan.com, and to be given consideration must be received at least five days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
