The project is referred to as Madison County 2026 Culverts: C-59(712), C-59(968), C-59(973), C59(978), & C-59(1012) and shall include all labor, materials, transportation, and equipment required to fabricate and deliver the materials to construct: C-59(712) - triple 84 x 53 corrugated metal pipes on a 40-deg. skew (lhb), C-59(968) - triple 96 x 42 corrugated metal pipes on a 0-deg. skew, C-59(973) - triple 72 x 40 corrugated metal pipes on a 0-deg. skew, C-59(978) - triple 84 x 43 corrugated metal pipes on a 20-deg. skew (rhb) with paved sloped inlet apron, and C-59(1012) - twin 72 x 65 corrugated metal pipes on a 0-deg. skew, all with steel headwalls and wingwalls. Along with its Bid Proposal, each bidder shall submit an unconditional Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable to the County Treasurer of Madison County, Nebraska, in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the Bid Proposal. The Madison County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any irregularities in bids received.
