Building stabilization of the maintenance facility. Work of this project includes construction of a wood framed load bearing wall , demolition and removal of CMU walls, removal and re-installation of electrical panels on a new electrical rack. Testing discovered lead containing materials within the project limits. Follow OSHA Lead in Construction 1926.62 Rule.
