The Project consists of constructing approximately 2,100 square yards of improved turf apron west of Taxiway A. Improvements will consist of permeable paver system installation. Bids will be received for each schedule of work. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. This project was originally bid under City of Bentonville IFB-26-44 in June 2026. No contracts were awarded based on this bid and all original bids are considered null and void. Bid documents have been adjusted for rebid under IFB-26-62 and only bids received under this solicitation ID will be evaluated and considered for award. The bid opening will be located in Room A239, on the 2nd floor. Sealed bids submitted prior to the opening should be sent to the City of Bentonville, Attn: Purchasing, 2nd Floor 1000 SW 14th Street, Bentonville, AR 72712. The City is not responsible for bids which are not received or recognized due to being improperly labeled. Proposals shall be accompanied by a cashier's or certified check upon a national or state bank in an account not less than five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price payable without recourse to the owner, or a bid bond in the same amount from a reliable surety company, as guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract and execute performance and payment bonds within ten (10) days after notice of award of Contract to him. Such bid guarantee shall be made payable to the CITY of BENTONVILLE. Bidders must be licensed to perform work within the state of Arkansas. Bids must remain in effect for 60 days after the bid opening date. Within 60 days from the bid date, the Owner may award the contract to the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder or reject any or all Bids for the Project. The CITY OF BENTONVILLE reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive irregularities in the Bids and bidding deemed to be in the best interests of the CITY OF BENTONVILLE, and to reject nonconforming, nonresponsive, or conditional bids.
