Some of the structures and slab foundations may contain asbestos containing materials (ACMs), therefore the project also contains the proper handling, abatement, and disposal of ACMs when necessary. Structures that become imminent threats to public health or safety will also be included in this project. The items listed above, as well as the items included in this bid package, may be assigned in full to a particular property or may be assigned individually to certain properties. As a result, the scope of work for each site specific work order may include any one of the items, or combination of the items included in this bid package. The Work includes the removal of all associated water, sewer and drainage piping encountered, the removal and disposal of all household hazardous waste, hazardous and toxic waste, petroleum products, electronic wastes, ozone depleting substances, white goods and small gasoline motorized equipment, the loading, transporting and disposal (or recycling) of waste material to a permitted LDEQ site approved for each waste type and all other item identified within the bid package and subsequent Work Order(s). These items are incidental to those items listed above, as well as other items included in this bid package and as a result shall be included in the scope of work for each site specific work order whether it is identified or not. The CONTRACTOR is required to complete all incidental work which shall be considered a subsidiary obligation of CONTRACTOR and as such, all costs in connection therewith shall be included in the bid prices .
