PROJECT LOCATIONS o Martin Luther King Jr Elementary School - 3989 S. Hobart Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90062. o Weigand Elementary School - 10401 Weigand Ave. Los Angeles, CA 90002. II. PROJECT SCOPE OF WORK (included but not limited to): These projects will provide an outdoor classroom environment and American with Disabilities Act (ADA) upgrades including restroom, office counter, parking and ramp upgrades. Martin Luther King Jr Elementary School The outdoor learning environment project includes landscaping, shaded seating areas, a shade structure, internet connectivity, a sink, a drinking fountain, associated utilities, and accessibility improvements. Weigand Elementary School Removal of a bungalow building inclusive of classrooms, and adjacent asphalt (completed) to accommodate the creation of an outdoor learning environment (OLE) to serve as a gathering and instructional space. III.
