Power System Generator Replacement Project in support of Western Area Power Administration Desert Southwest Region Question Deadline 08/24/2026 Direct all questions and/or concerns to Georgette Reyes-Wiltz (Contract Specialist) at reyeswiltz@wapa.gov SCOPE OF WORK The Western Area Power Administration (Western ), Desert Southwest Region (DSW), requires a contractor to perform generator and transfer switch install, start-up and testing at Lolamai Point microwave site located near the community of Kayenta, Arizona. This is an escorted activity. The required services, as described further in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) include but are not limited to the following: Install, startup, and testing of back-up generator and associated equipment. DSW and the Government are used interchangeably in this document, and all have the same meaning.
