Renovation of a municipal facility in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Provide Labor and Material to install Commercial grade Wi-Fi capable camera system that is an approved county government in Oklahoma with strict Cybersecurity, compliance, and public-sector transparency laws. Contractor must perform a site survey to verify signal strength, network upload speed that can support the total bitrate of all cameras simultaneously. Contractor is responsible for Identifying proximity to standard AC outlets or plan over Ethernet if applicable. Contractor responsible for attaching cameras with proper fasteners to the existing building materials of the building and verify that any penetrations are sealed with proper and approved sealant. Contractor to install 6 cameras in the general location per the drawing that give the end user the best coverage of the site. Cameras should be rated commercial outdoor grade cameras with a minimum resolution of 4K/8MP or 1080p quality. Cameras need to be connected to a designated-on site network video recorder approved by the Health Department. Contractor is responsible securely mounting cameras at proper height to avoid any tampering, adjust fields of view for optimize field of view, installing all cable is a designated route inside the building, and to connect all cameras to a dedicated, password-protected quest VLAN to isolate surveillance traffic. Contractor will test and commission the cameras and train key Health Department staff on function, recording and being able to access the video of past days if needed. Contractor is responsible for providing equipment necessary to perform the scope of work listed above in a safe and OSHA approved equipment. Upon acceptance & approval of written quote the successful vendor may be required to submit a payment/performance bond & warranty bond. No work shall commence prior to submission of requested bonds & execution of the contract. The County reserves the right to award all, reject all or portions of any submitted quotes.
