Site work for a water / sewer project in Big Piney, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work shall be completed IAW this contract, the Statement of Work/Specs and the other supporting contract documents /attachments . Replacement of the sewer line and related repair work at the Big Piney Ranger Station. Work includes demolition of finished flooring as required, removal of the concrete slab along approximately 81 feet of sewer line, disconnection of 17 plumbing fixtures, replacement of the existing sewer line, patching of the concrete slab and replacement of aggregate, reconnection of 17 plumbing fixtures, and replacement of finished flooring. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary to complete the work, including the removal and proper disposal of all demolished materials. Quotations shall describe the proposed method for sewer line replacement and identify areas that will be affected by demolition and restoration activities. The project site address is 10148 US-189, Big Piney, WY 83113. Period of Performance: 11/01/2026 to 01/29/2027 Question: Questions shall be submitted via email to Terri.Tucker@usda.gov and are due no later than August 21st, 2026, at 5:00 PM Mountain Time.
