Repair and replace deficient medical-gas alarm cabling and integrate identified CO2 alarm(s) with the designated master alarm station to restore reliable, accurate, and identifiable alarm signaling for affected medical-gas alarm circuits. Furnish all management, labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, transportation, testing, documentation, and incidentals necessary to inspect, troubleshoot, repair, replace, route, terminate, label, test, and commission medical-gas alarm cabling and associated connections. Work includes correcting compromised, spliced, extended, improperly routed, mixed-up, or otherwise deficient alarm cable connections; installing a new cable assembly between identified building locations; providing cable connections between the CO2 alarm location and the master alarm panel; verifying compatibility with existing medical-gas alarm equipment; performing functional testing of all affected circuits and alarm points; and providing as-built documentation, cable schedules, test reports, and closeout documentation. The completed system must provide correct alarm communication, alarm identification, alarm activation, normal condition indication, and restoration indication for all affected medical-gas alarm circuits.
