WoodGreen Community Housing invites qualified contractors to submit proposals for the Exterior Window & Door Replacement project at 1070 Queen Street East, Toronto, Ontario M4M 3M4. The work generally consists of the removal and replacement of existing exterior windows, doors, door frames, glazing assemblies, and associated components throughout the building. This includes the supply and installation of new windows and doors, frames, glazing, hardware, flashing membranes, metal flashings, sealants, insulation, and repairs to affected interior finishes. The work also includes associated mechanical and electrical modifications, interior protection, temporary access and staging, and all related work as outlined in the tender package. Proponents are encouraged to carefully review all specifications, drawings, bid forms, schedules, and tender requirements prior to submitting a proposal. This Project shall commence in Fall 2026 and shall be completed by the end of Summer 2027. .1 Mock-up to be completed by November 20, 2026. .2 Start Date: On-site construction activities can commence after April 5, 2027. .3 Completion Date: Total Completion of the Contract shall be no later than September 17, 2027.
