Provide maintenance, repair, inspection, and support services for a physical security CCTV system supporting a high-security network environment. Services include operation and maintenance of Genetec Streamvault workstations, Genetec network video recorders (NVRs), Axis IP cameras, Crestron-controlled interfaces, Cisco network switches, associated cabling infrastructure, battery backup systems, and UPS units. The contractor shall perform semi-annual preventative maintenance inspections of all system components and provide emergency repair response within 24 hours of notification, including the diagnosis and correction of CCTV network and cabling issues. Work requires personnel experienced in the installation, maintenance, and repair of IP-based CCTV and physical security systems. Contractor personnel must support secure system operations, perform troubleshooting and repair activities, furnish replacement parts and materials as required, and maintain the functionality and reliability of the surveillance infrastructure throughout the contract period. The requirement includes a base year and four option years for recurring preventative maintenance and replacement parts support.
