Provide indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) architectural and engineering (A-E) services in the State of Virginia to support United States Postal Service facilities construction programs. Services may include planning, design, engineering, assessments, studies, construction-related architectural and engineering support, and other professional A-E services required for facility sustainment, renovation, modernization, and construction projects. Task orders issued under the IDIQ contracts will be negotiated individually and performed on a firm-fixed-price basis. The contractor shall furnish qualified architectural and engineering personnel and provide professional services in support of recurring facility requirements. Work may involve coordination with facility management personnel, phased project execution, and performance in a manner that minimizes disruption to ongoing postal operations. Multiple IDIQ contracts are anticipated to support recurring architectural and engineering requirements throughout the service area.
