Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Marion, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility.
The Project includes the following Work The construction of a 60x100 Pre-engineered metal building ( PEMB) at the GVSUD Santa Clara Wastewater Treatment Plant. This is expected to be a multi-phase project with the initial phase consisting of the foundation, PEMB, concrete driveway, and stubups for MEP. MEP and associated office finishes will be awarded via separate project. Questions must be received by 9/3/26 at 12:00 PM so that a response maybe posted as an addendum in a timely manner prior to the bid opening. Please email all questions to: evanb@uegpros.com
