Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Marion, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 68,875-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents: 1. Project Description: New construction for a 750 capacity student elementary school of 2-story construction with all trades and site work. Complete civil, landscape, structural , architectural , mechanical , plumbing, electrical , telecom and security systems are included within the Contract Documents. 2. Single Prime: Project will be constructed under a single prime (lump sum) contract. 3. Project is tax exempt. The Contract will be executed with separate contract sums for materials and services to comply with requirements of 1991 Texas House Bill 11 . 4. Contract: Contract form provided by Owner The District requires construction services for new Genevieve Moore Elementary school site as defined in the contract documents. The total estimated budget for this project is $45,000,000. Project No. 260026(cz), 90265002R The District does not anticipate having additional walkthroughs or site visits; therefore, any personnel or subcontractors who have a need to visit this site should plan to attend this conference.
