Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Marion, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility.
The Project includes the following Work The construction of a 60x100 Pre-engineered metal building ( PEMB) at the GVSUD Santa Clara Wastewater Treatment Plant. This is expected to be a multi-phase project with the initial phase consisting of the foundation, PEMB, concrete driveway, and stubups for MEP. MEP and associated office finishes will be awarded via separate project.
