Interested parties ("Respondents") are required to respond to this RFEOI in accordance with the instructions set forth in this RFEOI. The City of Vancouver is seeking a prefabricated, standalone public restroom unit designed for high frequency use, vandal resistance, public safety, ease of maintenance, and long-term durability in an urban outdoor environment. The unit must be suitable for year-round operation in Vancouver climate conditions. 4.0 Description of Products and Services The City seeks Expressions of Interest from Respondents who have expertise in Vandal Resistant, Accessible Public Restroom Unit (Supply & Manafacturing), includes but not limited to 4.1. Technical Specifications 4.1.1.
