An overview of the Work of this ITT is as follows: Parkgate Community Centre 3625 Banff Court Roof Area A (Main Roof): Removal of existing roofing system and replacement with new two-ply modified bituminous membrane roofing system, flashings, and accessories. Roof Area B: Supply and install of reinforced cold-fluid-applied membrane over existing roofing system Roof Area C: Supply and install of reinforced cold-fluid-applied membrane over existing roofing system Karen Magnussen Community Recreation Centre 2300 Kirkstone Road All roof areas shown on drawing: Removal of existing roofing system and replacement with new two-ply bituminous membrane roofing system, flashings and accessories. Delbrook Community Recreation Centre 851 West Queens Road Targeted expansion joint repairs and blister repairs North Vancouver Tennis Centre 280 Lloyd Avenue Roof Area A (Main Roof): Removal of existing roofing system and replacement with new two-ply modified bituminous membrane roofing system, flashings, and accessories, including; Temporary disconnection and reconnection of mechanical service supply lines as needed to accommodate the Work. Raising of existing pipes, curbs, and hatches to facilitate new, thicker roofing system. Roof Area B: Closing of roof cavity, supply and installation of new two-ply modified bituminous membrane roofing system, including flashings, gutter and downpipe, and adjustments to existing drain. Inspect, clean inside and outside of gutters and drainpipes shown on Drawing A1.001 and recommend any repairs or improvements.
