The project includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction to construct stormwater improvements along the Hackett Boulevard Corridor from Forest Avenue to Holland Avenue. The construction of the stormwater improvementsinvolves, but is not limited to, the following work: demolition/removals of the existing site features; trenching, backfilling, and installation of new precast concrete stormwater structures and storm piping; installation of a new enhanced subsurface stormwater management system with an outlet control structure and real-time adaptive control valve equipment and appurtenances adjacent to the Albany Academies parcel along Hackett Boulevard; associated site electrical work to provide power and communications to the real-time adaptive control valve equipment and appurtenances;installation of in-line check valves within the stormwater infrastructure connections to the Beaver Creek trunk sewer within the project area; and the associated site restoration work. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish construction performance and payment bonds in the full amount of the contract price.
