Site work and new construction of an educational facility in West Branch, Iowa. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility.
The bids are for a single Prime Contract (General , Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical combined)south of West Branch High School . Work includes new slab, foundations, and site grading, with Mechanical, Electrical , and Plumbing work and connections for new Headhouse and an Owner-Furnished, and OwnerInstalled Greenhouse. Some coordination with Greenhouse installer will be required. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis; segregated sub-bids will not be accepted. Work is anticipated to commence upon award of contract, with on-site work commencing October 5, 2026, and be completed by November 25, 2026. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. *You are hereby notified that at 5:30 p.m., local time, on Monday, August 10 , 2026, at 225 N. Maple St, West Branch, IA, there will be a public hearing as provided under Section 73A.3 of the Code of Iowa TARGETED SMALL BUSINESS PROCUREMENT GOAL: (10%).
