Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project.
Storm sewer system replacement project involving underground utility infrastructure work. Project Summary: The Town is requesting bids to remove a variable size and shape stormwater culvert at and around 116 North Street, Chapel Hill , NC 27516, and replace with 36" circular reinforced concrete pipes. A portion of the existing sewer is believed to lay underneath a residential structure on 116 North Street. This section will need to be grouted and abandoned in place. Sanitary sewer and waterline adjustments are needed within North Street right-ofway to facilitate the replacement of this storm sewer network between the Rosemary Parking Deck (125 E Rosemary Street) and the surface outfall to Mill Race Branch (101 / 117 North Street).
