The Owner/Construction Manager invites the lump sum bids for Bid Packages included in the Solicitation for Bids for the Davis Public Schools Football Field House, Ticket/Concessions/Restroom Building. Furnish material, labor, equipment, and incidentals to complete the demolition of the existing buildings, concrete slab, foundation, and all sidewalks, paving, and all underground utility demo according to the plans and specifications. Include plugging, capping or disconnecting existing utilities. Include haul off of all demoed items. According to the information currently available all buildings can come down without abatement. Include removal and haul off of all structures and site items shown to demo on the civil drawings. Include removal and haul off of all items inside the buildings. Include all permits required for this scope of work. This package is to include demolition of the entire concrete slab, foundations, and site concrete. Include clean saw cuts for all paving demolition. Clean edges should be left for pour back by others. Ensure protection of all adjacent structures and site concrete to remain. Each bid over $50,000 must be accompanied by certified check of the Bidder, or a bid bond duly executed by the Bidder as principal and having as surety thereof a surety company approved by the Construction Manager, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid.
