Installing a new 4-ton air cooled split system heat pump in room 1401 with the outside unit on the adjacent wall to the room 1302 roof or on the room 1401 roof. Installing gravity-only condensation drains from the new heat pumps. Room 1302 will drain into the custodial room sink, and room 1401 will drain to the roof drain as they currently do Providing space temperature monitoring on the existing DDC control system.
