TIMELINE: Request for Pre-qualification ("RFPQ") is underway inviting interested parties (the "Respondent") to submit Responses indicating their interests in, and qualifications for, becoming pre-qualified to participate in future procurement processes for architectural services for capital projects carried out by the Board of Education of School District 38 (Richmond) (the "District"). The District's objective is to develop and maintain a list of a maximum of five (5) firms that are pre-qualified for architectural services (the "Pre-Qualification List") for a period of three (3) years. Architects may be added to or removed from the Pre-Qualification List at any time, at the discretion of the District, regardless of whether it has participated in this RFPQ. Information is only being requested at this time to identify qualified architectural firms and therefore, pricing for any project is not required and not requested at this time. Question Deadline 09/09/2026 at 11:45 PM PT The capital projects are anticipated to have values between $250,000 and $100,000,000 (CAD). *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
