Reference Number 00005169115 The purpose of this request for pre-qualification (" RFPQ") is to invite interested parties (the " Respondent") to submit Responses indicating their interests in, and qualifications for, becoming pre-qualified to participate in future procurement processes for structural engineering services for capital projects carried out by the Board of Education of School District 38 (Richmond) (the " District"). The District's objective is to develop and maintain a list of a maximum of five (5) firms that are pre-qualified for structural engineering services (the " Pre-Qualification List") for a period of three (3) years. Structural engineering firms may be added to or removed from the Pre-Qualification List at any time, at the discretion of the District, regardless of whether it has participated in this RFPQ. Information is only being requested at this time to identify qualified structural engineering firms and therefore, pricing for any project is not required and not requested at this time. Future requests for fee proposal documents will provide additional information about specific projects and associated agreements. The capital projects are anticipated to have values between $100,000 and $100,000,000 (CAD). The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Requests for proposals for design services is underway.
