Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Mt Lebanon, Pennsylvania. Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a parking garage; for the construction of a multi-residential development; and retail development.
Mount Lebanon is pursuing a public-private partnership redevelopment centered on the South Garage at 705 Florida Ave. The project contemplates demolition of the existing garage, construction of a new parking structure, retention of substantial public parking capacity, and development of a mixed-use project above or integrated into the new structure. The redevelopment may also incorporate the surface parking lot behind the municipal building at 710 Washington Road. The municipality has issued an RFP and retained CBRE to solicit developer interest.
