2026 City Hall Roof Replacement Project Removal and Replacement of entire EPDM roofing membrane system and all flashings on 40,288 of Riverton City Hall. The City of Riverton, Wyoming invites sealed bids for the 2026 City Hall Roof Replacement Project to include the following: Replacement of approximately 40,000 square feet of City Hall Roof, including the following : Removal and Replacement of the entire EPDM roofing membrane system and all flashings . Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or cashier's check in the amount of five percent ( 5 % ) of the total bid . The successful bidder will be required to post performance and payment bonds , each in the amount of one hundred percent ( 100 % ) of the bid . Submitted bids shall not be withdrawn for a period of thirty ( 30 ) days after opening . The City of Riverton reserves the unilateral right to accept or reject any or all bids , make substitutions and waive informalities and technicalities as will be in the best interest of the City of Riverton, and to accept the bid which is deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Riverton.
